DMCA Notice
At lovecalculator.pro.in, we respect Intellectual Property Rights and follow the DMCA law properly. DMCA stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This law protects people who make creative things like drawings, photos, songs, and stories. If you own a creative work, no one can use it without your permission. This page tells you how to report someone using your work on our website without asking you.
For information about your private data, see our Privacy Policy. To talk to us, visit our Contact Us page.
What is the DMCA
The DMCA is a law from the United States. It gives you a way to ask websites to remove your work if someone else posts it. You send us a notice, and we remove the content. We follow this law for people from all countries. For example, if you live in Brazil or Germany, you can still send us a notice. We will treat it the same as a notice from the United States. The DMCA helps protect artists, writers, photographers, musicians, and many other creators.
How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you see your work on our website without your permission, send us a DMCA notice. Your notice must include all the following information:
- Your full name and your email address so we can reply to you
- A description of your work, for example a photo you took, a song you wrote, or a story you published
- The exact web address where your work appears on our website (the full URL)
- A good faith statement that you believe the use is not allowed by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- An accuracy statement that the information in your notice is true, under penalty of perjury
- Your electronic or physical signature - typing your full name at the bottom of your message counts as a signature
If any of these pieces are missing, we may ask you to send your notice again. Please take your time to provide everything correctly. This helps us process your request faster.
How to Send Your Notice
Use the Mail Us button on our Contact Us page. In your message, write DMCA Takedown Notice in the subject line. Put all the required information in the body of your message. We strongly recommend that you write the subject line exactly as shown. This helps us find your notice quickly and send it to the right person.
What Happens After You Send a Notice
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will do these things:
- Remove the content you reported from our website promptly
- Notify the user who posted the content, telling them that we removed it
- Inform the user that they have the right to send a counter notice if they believe the removal was a mistake
- Wait for a counter notice – if we receive one, we will follow the next steps
- Restore the content only if we receive a valid counter notice and you do not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days
We take these steps seriously. We want to be fair to both the person reporting the infringement and the person who posted the content.
What is a Counter Notice
If your content was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter notice. A counter notice is your way of saying "I had the right to post this content." Your counter notice must include your full name, your mailing address, your telephone number, your email address, a description of the content that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your consent to federal court jurisdiction (or the Northern District of California if you live outside the US), your acceptance of service of process from the original complainant, and your signature. Send your counter notice using our Contact Us page. Write DMCA Counter Notice in the subject line.
After we receive a valid counter notice, we will wait 10 to 14 business days. If the original complainant does not file a court action against you within that time, we may restore the content to our website.
Repeat Infringers
If someone keeps posting other people's work without permission, we will ban them from using our website. We do not allow thieves or repeat offenders. We keep a record of repeat infringers and terminate their access permanently.
Important Notes
- Do not lie in your notice. Lying is illegal.
- Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.
- We are not lawyers, so this information is not legal advice.
- For specific legal questions, please consult an attorney.
- We respect international copyright.
- While we follow DMCA procedures, we will investigate legitimate claims from any country.
- Our typical response time is 2 to 5 business days, but complex cases may take longer.
Our Original Content
We own our love calculator design, website layout, written words, and computer code. You cannot copy them without asking us first. To ask permission, use the Contact Us page. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or reproduction may result in legal action. Scraping means using automated tools to copy large amounts of our content without permission.
Content We Do Not Own
If we accidentally used your work, tell us immediately using the Contact Us page. We will investigate and remove the content if necessary. We respect third party intellectual property and strive to use only content we have permission to use.
Foreign Language Notices
We accept DMCA notices in multiple languages. However, to ensure accurate processing, we may request an English translation for notices submitted in other languages. This helps us properly understand and act on your claim. You do not need to hire a professional translator; a simple, honest translation is enough.
Changes to This Page
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage copyright owners to review this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page will tell you when the policy was last changed.
